Cliff grew up in Ottawa where his father had established th e Moodie Funeral Home, the first in the city. As well, Robert Moodi e owned the Toll Road from Richmond to Bell's Corners from the 1880' s until about WWI. Cliff was employed by The Canadian Bank of Commerc e for 51 yrs. The family lived in an apartment over the Bank on Spark s St., Ottawa. Cliff was a curler, he had been a member of the Gleb e Curling Club and was an honorary member of The Governor-General's Cu rling Club.
